1. Do NOT share your log in information with anyone. We do track ips and if we see this being done, your membership will be terminated.
2. You may not TUBE anything from this site unless you are a tube license holder.
3. You MAY add the tubes that you make to any AS IS license you may offer. This is only for 2 Peas and a Pixel ORIGINAL lines. NOT the as is lines You may offer them in your members area THAT IS ALL. If we find out this is being done, we will ask you to take them down. 4. There are some characters that requiere a "Special Character License". To use these characters as tubes you must purchase this license and the license must be used on EVERY PAGE the tubes are on. These are also not to be included in any "AS IS" package or deal you may have. 5. Doll bases AND lines must be COMPLETEY dress before offered as tubes as well. 6. LINK BACK. Linking back with a members logo is a MUST. If you do not link back within 7 days of joining, your account will be suspended until it is done. Please give credit where credit is due.
7. IM stats are for members only. Do not pass through ANY type of group or rip apart the images.
8. Even after your membership is expired you must continue to link back if you continue to use our graphics.
9. You are able to sell anything you create from lines and tubes from this site. Any premade siggies are for PERSONAL use only though.
10. Last but not least. If one person is not abiding by our terms we will NOT revoke everyone elses licenses. That isn't right. We don't like that happening to us so we will NOT do it to you.
1. When using our tubes, you MUST add something to it to make it something NEW. Adding text alone is NOT acceptable.
2. Do NOT pass these tubes through any email, Yahoo or MSN group. This includes ANY forums you may be a member of. If someone likes the tubes, send them to our site. These are for members only.
3. Do not recolor the tubes. If you need something in a different color please let us know and we will do what we can do make that happen.
4. Do not alter the tubes in way. You MAY animate them but do not take from or change them.
SIGGIE *TERMS*
1. You may request 3 siggies a week. And you CAN request for a friend as long as they abide by the TOU as well.
2. Requests will only be taken Monday through Thursday. Orders will be filled Friday through Sunday. These are also our update days and we both have families.
3. Any sig that is used in emails or forums needs to be linked back to 2 Peas and a Pixel.
